    Areas affected...northern Minnesota

    Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 647...

    Valid 032017Z - 032145Z

The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 647
    continues.

SUMMARY...The threat of damaging gusts and large hail persist over
much of northern Minnesota. Another watch may be needed east of WW
    647.

DISCUSSION...A long-lived convective system continues to move east
into northwest MN, with severe gusts measured. Northern portions of
the bow appear to be keeping up with the outflow, but the outflow is
surging south/ahead of southern portions of the line. In the near
term, the primary damaging wind corridor should continue due east of
this system, with threat possibly extending into parts of the
    Arrowhead.
